LAS VEGAS - Today, John F. O’Reilly, a prominent Democrat and one of Las Vegas’s most respected attorneys, business leaders, and civic leaders, endorsed Governor Joe Lombardo for re-election. O’Reilly pointed to the decades the two men have spent working toward a shared vision: a safe, healthy Nevada where criminals are held accountable and public safety is the foundation of a strong community.
"I'm grateful for John O’Reilly's, a lifelong Democrat and respected Nevada attorney, endorsement," said Governor Joe Lombardo. "I’m proud to earn support across party lines from Nevadans who share a commitment to keeping our communities safe and our economy strong."
“I have known Joe Lombardo for several decades. His dedication to the people of our great state, as Sheriff and now as Governor, matters far more to all of us than whether he is registered as a Democrat or a Republican," said John O'Reilly. "Now, more than ever, we need a leader we can trust, someone who shows up when we need him. We need someone who has shown he can and will stand up to fringe movements and other threats to our public safety and to the way of life we know and treasure. Joe Lombardo has served us well for decades and deserves our continued support and our vote for re-election. I am proud to support Joe, and I hope you will do the same.”
