LAS VEGAS, NV – Today, Governor Joe Lombardo announced a record-breaking year-end campaign cash-on-hand of over $9 million after raising an additional $4.28 million in 2025, marking the highest non-election year total on hand of any governor in Nevada history. Additionally, the Governor’s two affiliated PACs will report an additional $5.9 million in cash-on-hand, having raised over $4.7 million in 2025, bringing Lombardo’s total war chest to $15 million.

With that cash-on-hand, Governor Lombardo is in the strongest financial position of any governor in Nevada history at this stage of the cycle. Notably, the campaign’s current cash-on-hand exceeds the previous record set by former Governor Steve Sisolak. When combined with affiliated PAC holdings, Team Lombardo enters 2026 with nearly $5 million more cash on hand than any predecessor had at this point in previous election cycles.

“This historic fundraising record shows Nevadans across our state are rallying behind our results,” said Governor Joe Lombardo. “From attainable housing and public safety to education and a stronger economy, our administration is delivering. With support continuing to grow, we’re ready to take our message statewide and earn four more years to finish the job for Nevada families.”

Governor Lombardo was elected as the 31st Governor of Nevada in November 2022, making national headlines as the only candidate of either party to defeat an incumbent Governor that year. His victory marked the first time in decades that a sitting Democratic incumbent was defeated in Nevada. Prior to his election as governor, Lombardo served 26 years with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, including two terms as the Sheriff of Clark County.
