Gavin Newsom has released violent criminal illegal immigrants from California prisons. Aaron Ford has refused to answer whether he would release or pardon an illegal immigrant convicted of sexually assaulting a child.

Under Gavin Newsom, California has become the nation's capital for organized retail theft. Aaron Ford has firsthand experience with theft, having been convicted in Texas in the 1990s for stealing tires.

Gavin Newsom enjoys lavish dinners at places like The French Laundry. Aaron Ford prefers fine dining too – especially when it's on another taxpayer-funded trip to France.

Gavin Newsom supported defunding the police, cut nearly $200 million from law enforcement in his last budget, and continues closing state prisons. Aaron Ford refuses to answer whether he supports defunding the police or abolishing prisons.
